Money's existance is unbelievably simple

Why do governments CHOOSE to borrow money from private banks [that create that money when lending it], at interest, when gov't could create all the money it needs itself [by creating that money when lending it just as the private banks are now doing]. gdn: This is why public banking MUST replace private banking.
