Corporitization of black public schools--all schools--must stop

"Education Secretary Arne Duncan has said that Hurricane Katrina was "the best thing that happened to the education system in New Orleans." And a recent Chicago Tribune editorial yearned for a Katrina-like hurricane to strike Chicago and thereby create a "reset" that would allow the government to overhaul that city's education system.
